Workflow

• I will consider a slot taken once I receive the full payment. After all slots are taken, all new orders received will be put under a wait-list so I can prioritize them once I open slots again.
• Once I’ve received your request and approved it, I’ll give you my information for the payment. I won’t start working on your commission until I’ve received the full amount (or partial if we’ve come to that agreement).
• The time it takes to complete the commission may vary depending on my workload and personal life; it is generally between a week and a month. If you have a solid deadline in mind, let me know upon ordering, This may add an extra fee depending on your deadline, or a decline of the request.
• Please provide me with references of any characters, poses etc. that you want me to draw. Photos, quick doodles, other artwork, fan-arts, etc are welcome as references. The more references you give, the easier it will be for me to make the commission as accurate as possible. Anything is appreciated tremendously!
• I will send you photos of the drawing as I work on it. Revisions on sketches and color composition are free, however past these points, any major revisions will cost a minimum of $5 depending on the change.
• Fixing any mistakes on my part such as a missing/misplaced detail, an incorrect color etc., once the commission is finished is free of charge, as long as these are features that were agreed upon earlier.
• Once you are fully satisfied with the final product, I will send you the PNG file via email. if you need me to send you a specific image format, let me know.

Please, read the information in this document before asking me for a commission.

By commissioning my art, you agree to each and every section, without exception.

Reading them incompletely or not reading them does not exclude you from complying with them, because they are obligatory.

• I require full payment upfront. Payments must be via PayPal in USD or Nequi/Bancolombia in COP. If I choose to cancel your commission for any reason, I will refund your full payment.
• I have the right to decline your commission request for any possible reason.
